Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received more than 21 days prior to arrival will not be charged. For cancellations received within 21 days to 7 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total price will be charged. After that date (7 days prior to the arrival date) there will be charged 100%. To protect you from unexpected troubles, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance. The insurance is 5% of the total price of the stay. We are glad to help you in the stipulation or to stipulate the insurance for you.
