CANCELLATION:

For cancellations received 45 days prior to arrival, no penalty is charged.
For cancellations received 15 days prior to arrival, a penality of 50% will be applied.
After this terms, if you have to cancel, to delay the arrival or to leave earlier, a penality of 80% will be applied.
In order to avoid paying cancellation charges, we suggest you to subscribe a travel insurance (5% Premium)



What you should know:

• Please inform us if you want to bring a dog or cat with you. We charge € 11.00 per day without feed. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room or on the sun lawn.
• On the day of arrival the rooms or suites are ready from 2 p.m. Please inform us, if you arrive after 6 p.m.
• In case of late arrival or early departure we have to charge a fee.
• We request that the rooms be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
• IF YOU CLEAR YOUR HOTEL BILL IN CASH WE GRANT A REDUCTION OF 1.5% on the hotel arrangement.
• We accept the following credit cards: Eurocard, Visa and Master Card.
• The rates are per person and day with half board, inclusive of all fees, taxes and VAT in connection with a minimum stay of 3 days (surcharge of 10% for 1 or 2 overnight stays). 10 € is deducted from the half board rate for bed and breakfast.
• The rates of one-week offers are per person and are valid for 7 overnight stays with half board inclusive of all fees and our entertainment programme.
• A GOOD TIP: Sometimes, something may happen before your journey. However, with our travel cancellation insurance you are protected against financial loss. According to EU regulations, a cancellation fee can be charged in case of late arrivals, early departures or no-show. In order to protect you from such expenses, we recommend you complete European travel cancellation insurance, so the European travel insurance will cover these costs.
